Lakshman Pillai has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Knowledge Management (KM) and Workplace Transformation (WT). With a vision and a highly ambitious mission of providing innovative platform for changing the way workforce think, learn and perform, he has founded Lpcube Systems in 2001. He is the cheif-architect of the complete end-to-end Workplace Transformation Solution called Lpcube GreatWork and the Knowledge Management solution called Lpcube TrueKM.

His ability to naturally converge the power of scientific and psychological approach, helped build a high performance team. He has delivered thought provoking presentations in KM & PMI conferences and has published interesting articles on KM since 1997. His thought leadership, positive thinking and the energy to turn that into a reality is admired by many.

Before founding Lpcube, he spent seven valuable years in Oracle Asia Pacific, Singapore and was managing the partner consulting organization. In 1998, he introduced KM initiative in Oracle. Before Oracle, Lakshman started his career at Wipro Infotech Software R&D in Bangalore. During his five wonderful years in Wipro, he has helped get good number of customers and save strategic customer accounts through his outstanding technology expertise and the unique ability to solve problems. He has worked on Unix projects in Novell USA and Sun Microsystems Singapore.

He holds Masters degree (with distinction) in Computer Applications (MCA) from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, PGDCA & B.Sc Physics from Bharathidasan University. He is a member of TiE Chennai Chapter and an evangelist of NASSCOM Emerge Community.

More recently, as Regional Director of Partner Strategy, Marketing & Solutions for Microsoft, he was responsible for driving their Solutions business as well as an Ecosystem to support and drive a U$ 2.3 Billion business in Asia Pacific. During his tenure, the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem grew its revenues by more than 20% consistently.

Suresh spent more than 6 years with Oracle Corporation incubating 2 Businesses – First, as Divisional Director for CRM, he pioneered Oracle’s entry into CRM in Asia Pacific, establishing a new business for Oracle. Later, as Senior Director, Commercial Enterprise Business, he built a U$ 45 million dollar business in 2 years from scratch for Oracle Applications in the Mid-Market segment. This later was to become a Global strategy for Oracle heralding a completely new way of selling and implementing ERP & CRM.

Prior to that, he spent 5 years at IBM holding several key positions in Product management, Marketing & Sales. He also satisfied his urge to be part of a Start-up by setting up the Asia Pacific operations of a US based IT Services Company called UST.

He holds a Bachelors (Hons) degree in Statistics and a Masters degree in Computer Applications from the University of Delhi, India.

A results-oriented professional in leading business groups, Vivek has management and technical expertise in setting up business enterprises, financial modeling, acquisition and merger, business development, Sales management and related areas.

At present he heads the International Market Management responsibilities for JPMorgan Chase Bank - Treasury Services – Global Business in New York. Prior to JPMorgan, Vivek worked as Director of Strategic Global Programs at Computer Sciences Corporation, Asia Pacific and prior to that with Oracle Corporation in various capacities and geographies for number of years leading business groups. He was also one of the founder member of Oracle India, heading the Country Sales and Business Development activities in early 90's.

Started his career as a software developer, he has garnered experience working for his own software company and with Philip Morris/Kraft/General Foods , Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services during his initial years.

Mr.Ravichandran has more than 30 years of US and international experience in Finance, Accounting, ERP and Information Technology. He is a proven leader with substantial experience in guiding companies through the business life cycle. Currently, he is the CEO and Co-Founder of FAOnDemand an integrated BPO & ITO Services company focused on Finance and Accounting. His prior experience includes 15 years at Oracle Corporation, where he held senior management positions in Business Development, Services, Alliances, Product Development, Product Management, World Wide Marketing and On Demand services. Prior to the IT career, he worked with several international Public Accounting firms for 8 years as a Chartered Accountant. Mr.Ravichandran holds a MS (MIS) from Texas Tech, MBA from University of South Dakota, CPA(India) and B.Com (India).

Shyam Cholayil has over 21 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. He began his career with India’s leading computer manufacturer HCL and then moved over to Singapore, where he spent 15 years working for world leaders like Deutsche Bank, Oracle Corporation, Sun Microsystems and Microsoft in various regional level positions. Shyam’s expertise is in Technology Presales, Marketing, Business and Market Development across the whole of Asia Pacific, having held positions like Regional Systems Engineering Manager – Sunsoft (ASEAN & India), where he handled the entire Presales function for Sunsoft as well as its partners, Product Manager (Marketing & Business Development) for Microsoft Singapore, being accountable for the business of two major product lines (Windows Server and SQL Server) and Director, Database & Mid-Market Technology Marketing for Oracle Corporation Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for market development as well as marketing into the SME space for the Asia Pacific region.

Shyam holds a MBA from the Nanyang Business School, Singapore (ranked 67 by Financial Times in their Global MBA Rankings 2007).

With over eighteen years experience in the IT Industry, Paul is Vice President for Global Marketing and Product Lifecycle Management at Hyperion Solutions. He is responsible for leading product portfolio and lifecycle management, driving global demand, and developing new business opportunities. He is also a member of the Company’s Business Operations Committee.

Prior to joining Hyperion, he held a number of senior management positions and gained a wide range of experience including business strategy and planning, business development, product sales, alliances, marketing, consulting and education during a fifteen year term with Oracle Corporation, before becoming SVP for Worldwide Marketing at Chordiant Software Inc.

Paul holds a BSc (Hons) degree from King’s College, University of London, UK and a PhD from the London School of Economics (University of London). He has a range of management qualifications and has contributed articles to a wide range of IT and business publications. He also has considerable international experience having lived and worked in the UK and Europe, Australasia, the Asia Pacific region and the USA.

SK, a Project Management Professional (PMP®) is the founder of Asia ICT Project Management Sdn. Bhd. He has more than 15 years of International Complex ICT Project Management experience with successful track records of managing Mission and Life critical systems project implementation for FOUR International airports - Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai Pudong (China), Inchon (Korea) and Guangzhou (China) and Cross Flagship Integration Architecture Project for Government of Malaysia.

He is currently engaged as Senior Advisor for THE MITRE Corporation; a Federal funded R&D Centers for Government of USA for aviation projects in Asia. He was involved in system development work in Oracle Corporation, Europe, USA and Asia Pacific and founder of Design Migration Services. He is the Vice President and Director of Programs for PMI Malaysian Chapter (2003/2004) and is actively involved in International Council of System Engineering (INCOSE).
